You have 7 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return for eligible items. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.
Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original payment method. You will receive the credit within 24 hours, depending on your payment method and financial institution’s policies.
If you would like to exchange an item for a different size, color, or style, please initiate a return as outlined above and place a new order for the desired item.
Certain items are not eligible for a refund, including but not limited to:
- Items marked as final sale
- Personalized or customized items
You will be responsible for paying the return shipping costs unless the return is due to a mistake on our part (wrong item sent, defective item, etc.).
How to Initiate a Return

- Pack the item securely in its original packaging, including any accessories or documents that came with it.
- Include a copy of your purchase receipt or order confirmation in the package.
- Ship the package to the address provided by our customer service team.
